The #800gChallenge with Macros and Metcons
February 1, 2019 – February 28, 2019
- Eat 800 grams (g) of fruits and/or vegetables (total) a day.
- No foods are restricted during the challenge but only fruits and vegetables count towards the 800g total.
- Total calories (and macronutrient grams) are up to the individual based on their fruit and vegetable choices, as well as the other foods in their diet.
If you can weigh it as a standalone and unprocessed fruit or vegetable, you can count it. Raw, cooked, canned, frozen; doesn’t matter!
You can eat the fruits and vegetables you like while staying in line with other nutritional targets – high carb, low carb, macro-trackers, Paleo, vegan – it’s up to you!
