What to bring: Lacrosse ball, jump rope, water, light snack.
Overview: This 3-hr intensive course will provide in introduction to running mechanics, skills and drills for form-development, and exercises to strengthen running positions, as well as stamina.
During this course, we will be evaluating run technique, performing assigned drills, and then reevaluating to see how much improvement has been made.
About the Coach: Darrel was a professional track and field athlete, former Olympic Trialist, and advisor to professional sports organizations. His coaching background primarily focuses on endurance sports with an emphasis on the importance of strength and conditioning in those sports. Darrel has worked with many teams ranging from Team USA Track and Field to NFL and MLB organizations.
