CROSSFIT PHX HYDRATION CHALLENGE

WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?
From Monday, July 8 to Monday August 5, drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day.
Example: If you weight 150 lbs, your goal would be 75oz of water per day.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
YOU! Anyone is welcome to participate in the challenge. Register here!
HOW DO WE KNOW WHO WINS?
The goal is to stay hydrated, but you know we had to make it a competition.
Each participant will be using the honor code & logging their water in-take into Triib every day.
2 points for reaching your goal each day.
1 point – Drinking over 120oz
1 point – Shouting out your friends out on social media! You must tag @macros_metcons & @crossfitphx to earn the point. *Limit 2 per day
The winner will receive a free month of nutrition coaching with Macros & Metcons, along with a Hydroflask!
